Secondary School Heads' Technology Leadership Skills, Educational Motivation, Teachers’ Techno-Pedagogical Competence in the City Schools Division of Laguna

Techno-pedagogical competency is the hybrid method of educating wherein ICT applied for teaching learning situations. It one skills teachers to effectively integrate technology and pedagogy in classroom. The goal this study was ascertain secondary school heads' leadership skills, educational motivation, teachers’ techno-pedagogical competence Schools Division Laguna. Likewise, it explored relationship between respondents’ level heads’ competency, motivation as well predictive ability taken singly or combination, competence.
 Findings revealed that there a multiple correlation competency. A value 0.000 indicated high prediction dependent variable (Techno-Pedagogical Competency). obtained R square 0.443 showed independent variables (level motivation) explain variability
